Mercy Kenneth, a teenage Nollywood actress, was caught in an unusual emotional state while speaking with her ex-boyfriend, content producer and singer Tomi Vibe, who had recently broken up with her.
Mercy Kenneth was visibly upset in a live video broadcast online, her eyes welling up with tears as she promised him she wouldn’t cry for him.
In the video, Mercy reaffirmed that she had no reason to be upset with him for ending their relationship and that her intentions were sincere.
In response, Timi Vibe called Mercy’s tears false and charged her with controlling her emotions. In response, Mercy said that her one weakness was that she was close friends with a guy who was her best friend, which obviously made Timi Vibe jealous.
The 14-year-old actress continued, stating that Timi didn’t have faith in her and that he needed to view all of her male pals as platonic friends only—that is, as people who aren’t involved in romantic or other relationships.
Timi refused to be persuaded and delivered another blow, shattering her heart by declaring that she was the worst thing that had ever happened to him.
Mercy responded by emphasizing the importance of open communication and insisting on a talk in order to reconcile and repair their ties.
