Charges against American rapper, Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., best known by his stage name, Roddy Ricch have been dropped by authorities following his arrest for illegal possession of guns and gun devices.
Roddy Ricch was set to perform at the New York Governor’s Ball but missed his performance after a private security company working the venue called the cops on the rapper after spotting a gun in his car at a secured location at the facility.

Upon the arrival of the cops, Roddy Ricch and 2 other individuals were arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon, possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device, and unlawful possession of an ammunition feed device.
However, the authorities have dropped all the charges against the rapper and one of the men who had been with him on the day of the arrest, Carlos Collins. A court clerk told the New York Daily News on Sunday that the cases against the rapper had been dismissed.
