Former Big Brother Naija 2017 housemate Uriel Oputa has some words of wisdom for her BBN 2022 colleagues.
The reality star warned them not to overcharge brands on her Instagram page.
This comes after it was revealed that the Level Up housemates were overcharging brands.
The rate card for one of the Level Up stars was revealed. Brands have complained that the Big Brother Naija level up housemates are too expensive to work with.
Part of one of the housemates’ rate card reads:
……500k Instagram story post,
Tiktok has 1 million followers.
2.5 million people attended the event.
4.5 million brand activations
For 10 minutes, Instagram Live reached 1.5 million people.
To add to that, Chichi recently stated that she will not accept any brand that offers her $5 million for a year deal.
In response, Uriel gave them words of advice, using herself as an example.
She cautioned them against overcharging brands because longevity is essential.
Uriel told them to be reasonable so that the grand could use them again when the next BBN star appeared.
“Wisdom for all the New BBN stars. Brands should not be overcharged. Longevity is essential. Be reasonable so that they will hire you again even when the next BBN star emerges. Maintain a positive attitude at all times. Even if you have management, try to add a personal touch to the brand. It’s no longer about grabbing everything. It’s about raising awareness for the near future.”
