Brad Pitt is denying new allegations from Angelina Jolie.
On Tuesday, the “Maleficent” actress filed a countersuit in the ex couple's ongoing case related to their French winery, and she covered new claimed about Pitt's alleged abusive behaviour.
Describing the altercation on a 2016 non-public flight that led to the couple's split, the countersuit claims that Pitt “grabbed Jolie by means of the head and shook her, and then grabbed her shoulders and shook her once more earlier than pushing her into the loo wall.”
The submitting also alleges, “Pitt choked one of the teens and struck some other in the face. Some of the young people pleaded with Pitt to stop. They have been all frightened. Many had been crying.”
But in a announcement to CNN, a consultant for Pitt outright denied the new claims.
“(Jolie's) story continues to evolve every time she tells it with new, unsubstantiated claims,” the assertion read. “Brad has typical accountability for what he did however will no longer for matters he didn't do. These new allegations are totally untrue.”
The FBI, which has jurisdiction over flights in the U.S., investigated the incident, however declined to documents costs in opposition to Pitt.
“In response to allegations made following a flight inside the unique plane jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has carried out a overview of the instances and will now not pursue similarly investigation. No prices have been filed in this matter,” FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller stated in a announcement to CNN in August.
At the time, a supply shut to Pitt informed CNN, “All events have had this statistics for almost six years and was once used in preceding prison proceedings. There is nothing new right here and serves no reason different than being a media stunt intended to inflict pain.”
