At Michigan, Chad Henne played collegiate football, and recorded 32 victories during the regular season, 8,740 offensive yards, and 87 touchdowns, and in his senior year, he led the Wolverines to a Capital One Bowl victory over Florida.

During his time there, he became just the second freshman starting quarterback in Michigan history. He then won the game’s MVP award for his over 350 yard passing performance.

When the Miami Dolphins selected Henne in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft, Henne’s professional career officially got underway.

Henne backed behind seasoned quarterback Chad Pennington for the majority of his first campaign. Henne began the majority of the 2009 season in his second campaign with the Dolphins after Pennington missed time with an injury.

Henne relocated to the Wilson School District Prior to the start of his third grade year in 1994.

Chad Henne is not retired, he is still a quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League.
