After the incident came out the NRL management brought out a statement which stated that,“The National Rugby League (NRL) has released Canberra Raiders player Curtis Scott with a Breach Notice accusing he brought the match into disrepute at the time an incident at a venue in Canberra on 30th May. The Breach Notice proposes Scott be suspended for three matches and also fined $15,000.”
