Dave Chappelle Hangs Out With Transgender Comedian Flame Monroe Following ‘The Closer’ Backlash

Dave Chappelle spent time with transsexual comic Flame Monroe this week.

Monroe’s rep let TMZ know that she flew out to Ohio from Los Angeles to see Chappelle perform at the Wirrig Pavilion in Yellow Springs on Thursday.

Monroe, who portrays herself as “a jokester that is transsexual,” shared snaps of the gathering on Instagram, with the pair presenting with a “HeSheWe” fan.

As per TMZ, Monroe didn’t think Chappelle merited the disdain he got and that in the realm of parody, nothing is beyond reach.

Chappelle has confronted reaction from the trans local area for quite a long time subsequent to delivering his Netflix extraordinary “The Closer” in October.

Many named the star’s jokes transphobic.

Chappelle has spoken about the analysis on various events, sharing a clasp of himself in front of an audience back in October: “To the transsexual local area, I am eager to give you a crowd of people, yet you won’t gather me. I’m not adapting to anybody’s requests.”

“Furthermore, if you need to meet with me, I am eager to, however I have a few circumstances,” he proceeded. “You, most importantly, can’t come in the event that you have not watched my unique from start to finish. You should come to a position fitting my personal preference during a period fitting my personal preference.”
