Mr Macaroni, a Nigerian sketch artist and performer, has taken to Twitter to highlight the conflict between Davido and Burna Boy.
Mr. Macaroni took this action after getting into an online fight with a troll who claimed to be a Davido fan.
Earlier, Mr. Macaroni made an appearance on X to criticize a video that showed Davido’s bodyguard, Lati, hitting one of his boss’s supporters.
According to Mr. Macaroni, Lati might have handled the matter more skillfully and that it was unacceptable. But in a post, a Davido fan going by the handle @kellybonito_ criticized Mr. Macaroni for failing to address Burna Boy’s remarks regarding veteran rapper Eedris Abdulkareem’s health.
The 30BG member claimed that if Davido had mentioned someone’s health, Mr Macaroni would have responded.
In reaction to Davido’s fans’ accusations, Mr Macaroni stated that he does not wish to participate in fanboy fights on X (previously Twitter).
According to Macaroni, he wrote his essay on the incident on a Davido fan in order to stand up for a Nigerian who had suffered from maltreatment and harsh treatment. Mr. Macaroni clarified and went on to say that he is a huge admirer of Davido and is unsure if the troll shares his enthusiasm for the artist.
