Linda Denise Blair, born January 22, 1959, is an actress and activist from the United States. At the age of 13, actress Linda Blair was cast in one of the most influential films of all time and nominated for an Academy Award for her performance in “The Exorcist” (1973), only to be typecast as a result of the role that launched her career.
“The Exorcist” not only launched Blair’s career, but it also redefined the horror film genre and maintained a cultural fascination with demonic possession. It also left such an indelible impression on audiences that she found it difficult to be cast in roles other than the stereotypical girl in danger.
Did Linda Blair Do Her Own Stunts?
