In Atlanta, Georgia, on May 31, 1951, Judge Glenda Hatchett was born to Clemmie Barnes and Paul Lawrence Hatchett.

Hatchett graduated from the segregated Charles Lincoln Harper High School in Collier Heights, Atlanta, in 1969.

Hatchett graduated from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, with a B.A. in political science in 1973, and later went on to earn her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta in 1977.

Hatchett worked in the legal division of Delta Air Lines, Inc. after completing a federal clerkship at the United States District Court in the Northern District of Georgia. She participated in merger discussions as the business’s senior attorney and represented the corporation in labour and anti-trust cases.

After that, she received a promotion to manager of Delta’s PR division, where she oversaw international crisis management and media relations for the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Does Judge Hatchett Have A New Show?

Hatchett mediated over her own courtroom session from 2000 until 2008. She is now back in the medium with “The Verdict.” The former juvenile court judge, who is from Atlanta, renders decisions in the half-hour series’ minor claims cases.
