Don Lemon is an American journalist and news anchor who currently hosts “Don Lemon Tonight” on CNN.
He was born on March 1, 1966, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and grew up in a predominantly white neighbourhood in nearby Baker. Lemon attended Louisiana State University, where he majored in broadcast journalism.
Lemon began his journalism career in Birmingham, Alabama, as a news assistant at WBRC in 1991. He later worked at WCAU in Philadelphia and then moved to Chicago to work for NBC5. In 2006, Lemon joined CNN as a correspondent and anchor.
