The Grammy Awards took place on the 5th of February 2023 and many artists when present at the venue. It was held at the Crypto.com arena in Los Angeles. Many awards were won at the celebration. A very popular Nigerian superstar Tems won the best Rap Melodic Performance for the single Wait for U by American rapper Future featuring Drake and Tems.

That is a piece of good news for Nigeria and Africa at large. Tems has been doing so well over the years and this award is very deserving. Others await her in the future. It was rather unfortunate that Burna boy missed two awards.
