Gregg Jarrett is an American journalist and news anchor. He was born on April 7, 1955 in Los Angeles, California. He is 66 years of age. He was brought up in San Marino.
He attended San Marino high school, then proceeded to graduate with a degree in political science from Claremont McKenna college. Gregg also graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the university of California.
Gregg is happily married to Catherine Kennedy Anderson. They tied the knots on September 11, 1993 in New York City. They are blessed with two daughters, Grace and Olivia.
Gregg started his television career as an anchor and producer at KCSM-TV in San Francisco. He was also a reporter at WMDT-TV in Salisbury, Maryland. He won the Heartland Emmy Award for the “Turnpike Tornado” News segment, during his stay in KSNW.
He also served as an anchor for Prime Time Justice for eight years. He hosted the half hour magazine show, Inside America’s court, and weekends.
Gregg joined Fox News channel in November 2002 as a legal analyst and commentator.
He earlier worked as a defense attorney in San Francisco with the firm of Gordon and Rees. He also worked as a professor. He taught law at the New York Law School.
