Authorities said that an Ohio lady intentionally slammed her car into a brick wall at 100 mph, killing her boyfriend and a friend. She was found guilty of murder and given a 15-year to life sentence.

Mackenzie Shirilla, 19, was found guilty last week of four charges each of murder and felonious assault, as well as aggravated vehicular homicide and other felonies. She was 17 at the time of the crash in July 2022 in the Cleveland suburb of Strongsville.

Dominic Russo, Shirilla’s boyfriend, and Davion Flanagan, 19, perished in the collision. According to Tim Troup of the Cuyahoga County prosecutor’s office, the defendant and Russo had a troubled relationship that she intended to stop “and she took everybody that was in the car with her.”

Fox News reports that Ms. Shirilla was earlier this week found guilty of four counts of murder in the July 2022 crash that claimed the lives of her boyfriend, Dominic Russo, 20, and his friend, Davion Flanagan, 19.

She allegedly used marijuana with the group before taking the wheel in Cleveland, Ohio, and ramming the vehicle into a brick wall of a warehouse without attempting to apply the brakes.
