Nigerian music sensation Davido allegedly constantly bribes DJs at US clubs to play his songs, according to Mr. Music Mensah, a Ghanaian singer, and promoter residing in America.
He made the assertion while recounting an incident he saw in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra Fm, according to DklassGH.
Mr. Mensah claims that when he was at the same nightclub that OBO frequented, he witnessed the master of afrobeats buying up the crowd.
The singer of “Blessing” added that Davido paid for everyone’s meals and drinks as well as hired a DJ to play exclusively his music.
Recall that in 2019 the DMW CEO was criticized by famous Nigerian journalist Kemi Olunloyo for allegedly paying a large sum of money to radio stations in the United States.
