The daughter of Robert Deal Alley, the owner of a lumber Company, and Lillian Alley was born in Wichita, Kansas. Alley was born on January 12, 1951, and sadly passed away on December 5, 2022. Alley graduated in 1969 from Wichita Southeast High School. After her sophomore year of college, she left Kansas State University.
