Scottish famous chef Gordon Ramsay was born on November 8, 1966, in Johnstone, England. He has developed restaurants all over the world and presented a number of well-known TV shows, including “Hell’s Kitchen” and “MasterChef.”

The talented chef abandoned a young sporting career to establish himself as a well-known chef in London. By the early 2000s, he had established himself on British television as the erratic host of the hit American adaptations of Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares and Hell’s Kitchen.
Since then, Ramsay has developed his celebrity brand by creating new restaurants throughout the world and appearing on shows like MasterChef and Hotel Hell.

Ramsay, who won Chef of the Year at the 2000 Catey Awards and Independent Restaurateur of the Year in 2006, expanded his restaurant empire to the United States by launching two locations at The London NYC that year.
