I Am Sorry That I Dissed Y’all – Big Xhosa Pens Letter To SA Hip Hop

Controversial Mzansi rapper Sesethu Myeki known in showbiz as Big Xhosa has written a letter of apology to the South African Hip Hop genre fraternity and everyone else who cares.

Big Xhosa who has declared himself the messiah to revive the SA hip hop which he deems dead took to social media to apologize for setting a trend of dissing in the industry.

According to the ‘Amasende’ hitmaker, every other rapper in the country including mainframe musicians has followed in his steps in dissing each other in their songs.

He wrote, “Dear SA HIP HOP. I’m scratching amasende while writing this letter. I’m deep in my thoughts thinking about the state the genre is in currently and I’d like to apologize for a few things. I’m so sorry that I popped off a diss song dissing everybody, now upcoming artist is dissing y’all trying to get recognition. I take the blame for creating that wave. I’m so sorry for the recently weak ass Ghost Hlubi diss song, it’s my fault. I apologize. These are my children and they want to be like their father!”.


He added that he has opened the doors to give bigger and well-established rappers the freedom to express themselves in their songs.

“I’m so sorry for bringing so much freedom into this shit, now bigger artists are more comfortable with using the words like ‘msunu’ on a song. I take the blame it’s my fault, I’m so sorry.”


He further apologized for how big he is going to be in the near future. “I apologize that now I am about to be bigger than ever before…”.
