Workers are currently working on the roof of the expansive, three-story mega-mansion in Beverly Hills, California, according to a Daily Mail report from Thursday, May 25.
Early in 2020, Bezos—who has a $138 billion net worth—bought the 10-acre estate that had been once owned by Jack Warner, a former president of Warner Bros.
The main house, a guesthouse, a gym, a pergola, and a separate house for security are all included in the 28,000 square foot property. Bezos intends to expand the property by adding a new pool house, powder room, and retaining walls once he proposes to Sanchez.
While in the South of France for the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, the couple got engaged on the billionaire’s $500 million yacht.
With a 20-carat ring estimated to be worth $2.5 million, he made his proposal.
