Jim Seals, Co-Founder Of ’70s Group Seals And Crofts, Dead At 80

Performer Jim Seals, a big part of the renowned delicate stone pair Seals and Crofts, has kicked the bucket. He was 80.

Seal’s demise came on Monday and was affirmed by a few relatives and companions via social media.

His cousin, Brady Seals a previous individual from the nation band Little Texas shared the news via the internet on Monday night.

 

“I recently discovered that James ‘Jimmy’ Seals has passed,” Brady composed, close by a photograph of his late cousin. “My heart simply breaks for his significant other Ruby and their youngsters. If it’s not too much trouble, keep them in your requests. What a fantastic inheritance he abandons.”

 

Jim framed Seals and Crofts with individual artist Darrell George “Run” Crofts, and the couple delivered their first, self-named collection in 1969.

The pair happened to deliver 15 additional collections together until they disbanded in 1980. They rejoined a few times, prior to meeting up in 2004 for their last collection, Traces.

 

The team is generally renowned for hit tunes “Jewel Girl,” “Summer Breeze,” “We May Never Pass This Way (Again)” and “Draw Nearer.”

Jim has significant other, Ruby, and their three youngsters.
