Linda Denise Blair, an American actress, and activist was born on January 22, 1959. As an actress, she played the role of Regan MacNeil in the 1973 horror movie The Exorcist, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe.
Also, Linda was cast in the sequel Exorcist II: The Heretic in 1977, for which she was nominated for a Saturn Award, and cemented her reputation as a horror icon and scream queen.
