Madame Tussauds London Reunites Meghan and Harry with Royal Family Ahead of Platinum Jubilee

It’s an imperial gathering! Madame Tussauds London declared on Wednesday that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wax figures re-joined the imperial family’s presentation room in front of the sovereign’s Platinum Jubilee one month from now.

The renowned wax gallery initially isolated the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’ figures from the remainder of their relatives when the couple moved to California in 2020. Their gathering this week is short-term, intended to honor their re-visitation of the UK to observe Queen Elizabeth’s 70-year rule.

“It felt just right that our figures meet up again on our Royal Throne Room set to participate in the family celebrations,” Tim Waters, Madame Tussauds London head supervisor, said in an explanation.

The sovereign’s figure is the 23rd of 24 made by Madame Tussauds London during her seven-decade rule. She wears the white and silver trim dress worn in the authority Diamond Jubilee representation photography in 2012.
