Mampintsha Cause Of Death

Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo, a member of the Big Nuz, passed away this week following a small stroke. The 40-year-old was admitted to the hospital a week after he got home from a Big Nuz show.
His hospitalization was confirmed in a statement released by Afrotainment on Thursday. He was taken into the Durban Durdoc Hospital.
The news of his passing was confirmed by a source close to Mampintsha's wife, Bongekile Simelane, also known as Babes Wodumo.
Mampintsha was a producer and musician who played in the Big Nuz band with the late Sbusiso “R Mashesha” Khoma and Mzi “Danger” Tshomela. In 2002, he established the well-known kwaito group.

As previously mentioned, Mampintsha passed away after battling a stroke. He was well known for his popular songs like Ngeke and Joburg. They have seven albums that they had jointly released with the group. The band just made a comeback and intended to honor the late R Mashesha with the album's title.
