American actor Ezra Matthew Miller was born on September 30, 1992, in Wyckoff, New Jersey, United States.

Commonly known as Ezra Miller, he made his feature film debut in Afterschool which was released in 2008. He eventually starred as Kevin in the 2011 drama We Need to Talk About Kevin and co-starred in the film adaptation of The Perks of Being a Wallflower in 2012.

Miller was educated at the Rockland Country Day School and The Hudson School but dropped out at age 16 after the release of the film Afterschool.

In 2015, Miller appeared in the drama titled The Stanford Prison Experiment and in the comedy film Trainwreck.

He played the role of Credence Barebone in the Fantastic Beasts films named Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them which was released in 2016 and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald released in 2018.

The actor performed a recurring role in the miniseries The Stand in 2020.
