Agents of the , , have seized shipments of Tramadol, Rohypnol, Ecstasy (designer drug), and Cannabis hidden under winter coats and bottles of body lotion at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA, in Ikeja, Lagos.

According to a statement made by the anti-drug agency's spokesperson, , the psychoactive substances were found at the airport's new terminal on Friday, April 14, following the arrest of , a passenger who was taking a Qatar Airline flight from Doha to Oman in the Middle East via Doha.

4.80 kg of cannabis were found hidden in three different winter jackets after a comprehensive check of the suspect's two black bags turned up other illegal drugs like Tramadol, Rohypnol, and Ecstasy (a designer drug) in varying quantities.

Investigations so far have shown that the suspect allegedly entered Nigeria from Oman on April 7 and was leaving again exactly one week after his arrival.
