In memory of his son Zen S. Cannon, Nick Cannon has got a tattoo inked on his rib. He made this known in his latest episode on Nick Cannon Show.
The 5-month-old child whom Nick welcomed with his 4th baby mama, Alyssa Scott, sadly died of brain cancer on December 7th, 2021.
Nick's tattoo shows his tiny son with a halo, wings, and a sash that reads ‘Zen'.
He revealed the tattoo with a framed photo of it as ‘pic of the day' on his show, before sharing the actual video of the inking process on his rib cage.
“Last night, I got the opportunity to go get a tattoo of my son Zen as an angel on my rib.
“It was a lot of pain but it was so well worth it. I enjoyed every moment of the experience to forever have my son right here as my rib.
“Right here on my side as my angel,' he told his New York studio audience. ‘I'm still all bandaged up and it hurts, right here, right now.'
The Masked Singer host said the portrait took around five-and-a-half hours to do: ‘It was a lot of pain but it was so well worth it.'
Alyssa in particular hasn't been okay since the passing of her son.
