In the quest to find greener pastures, many of the youth resort to relocation to the western world as life is evidently better on that side. However, not all citizens are of the idea that life is better there than in our own country. Recall that celebrities such as comedian Isaac Aloma, Pooja, and BBNaija star TBoss, all took to their social media handles to slam such ideas.

Earlier on, award-winning comedian, actor, and producer, Ayo Makun has shared his opinion about the “Japa” syndrome amongst Netizens and how politicians continue to influence it.

Taking to his Twitter page, AY opined that the syndrome of relocating overseas tagged as Japa will continue to happen because of corrupt politicians. Sharing this on his Twitter page, he wrote: “Nigeria will continue to produce a JAPA generation, not because our land is without milk and honey, but because of evil leaders who usually get into power to gather as much as they can gather for themselves, and then look on and do nothing.
