No Nut November Rules

During the month of November, participants are encouraged to abstain from masturbation, sex, and ejaculation (commonly known as “to nut”) as part of the internet challenge known as “No Nut November.” It was formed in the latter part of 2010, and after 2017, it rose to prominence on social media.

The phrase “NNN” was first used in 2011 in Urban Dictionary, and its origins may be traced back to an anti-pornography movement that was influenced by a number of online groups.

Some people think that avoiding masturbation is a good approach to fighting sex or porn addiction. People in those groups stated they could fill the time they typically spent masturbating with more “useful” activities like learning a new language, exercising, etc. Some even claimed testosterone levels increased as a result of forgoing ejaculation.
