Ooni of Ife steps out with his fifth wife, Queen Aderonke [Photos]

Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, recently went out in style with Queen Aderonke Ademiluyi-Ogunwusi, his fifth wife.

The Yoruba king and his fifth bride were seen together at a gathering over the weekend. The Ooni and Queen Aderonke had both attended the Queen Moremi Initiative, which Queen Aderonke oversees.

The royal couple was the center of attention, with all eyes on the newlywed couple. This would be the first appearance of the Ooni with his fifth wife.

Princess Ronke Ademiluyi, the Ooni’s fifth wife, has known the King since before he rose to the throne in 2015.

The well-known entrepreneur with legal training from London traveled frequently between the UK and Nigeria. Ronke is the creator of the well-known AFWN & AFWL brands, which host fashion shows.

When he was still a prince, the now-oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi’s business was one of the key sponsors of the Princess Ronke Ademiluyi-founded “Africa Fashion Week Nigeria” venue for fashion shows. Princess Ronke is a single mother.

Ronke’s great-grandfather was Ooni Ademiluyi Ajagun, a prince of Ile Ife.

Moreover, she is in charge of the Queen Moremi Initiative; a global ambassador and founder of the Adire Odua. Her wedding to the Ooni comes up three days after his 48th birthday on October 17.
