Sir James Arthur Ratcliffe is a British billionaire chemical engineer who has turned to a mega financier and industrialist.
He was born on 18 October 1952 (age [calculate_years datestring=”10/18/1952″]) in Failsworth, Lancashire, England.
When he was just ten years, his family moved to the East Riding of Yorkshire. He received his education at Beverley Grammar School and went on to attend the University of Birmingham. He graduated from the University with a degree in chemical engineering in 1974.
