Highly popular Indian politician Ripunath Seth who previously served as minister of Odisha has died on Sunday 27 March, 2022.
At the time of his death, Ripunath Seth was 67 years old.
The news of his unexpected death has taken the entire population by surprise as it was not anticipated. Most major television networks kept broadcasting the news and online news outlets did the same.
Ripunath Seth Cause of Death
According to reports that followed his demise, Ripunath Seth complained of chest pain at his residence in Barpali of Bargarh district.
He was immediately rushed to a private health centre by his family members.
While he was undergoing treatment, Ripunath Seth died.
It was reported that he died from heart attack. This is a big blow to his family and the entire community he hailed from. Many people after the announcement of the sad news, have sent tributes to honour him.
Ripunath Seth had been a very influential politician during his lifetime. He was School & Mass Education Minister, Energy Minister and Sports Minister during the Congress Government in Odisha from 1995 to 2000.
Currently, a date is not set for his funeral service and burial. The family is yet to make arrangements to that effect.
His legacy as a very great and influential politician would always be remembered.
