Y’ello!

As CEBO, I am responsible for leading the enterprise and ICT strategy of MTN, guiding the team on technological requirements that will help us serve you better. We believe that Nigeria’s SME sector, which is one of the largest in the world, is the dynamo and catalyst for the real change Nigerians want to see. We possess a burning zeal to not only help them make it happen, but to make it happen ASAP.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), where I received the Dean’s prize for the best results in the Faculty. I have also acquired executive education from the Columbia Business School, New York, USA.

I am adept at Network Planning, Project Management, Organizational and Business Transformation, as well as People Management. I joined MTN Nigeria in 2001 and in the course of my time with the company, I have held various positions such as; Core Network Planning Manager (2003), Senior Manager, Systems Planning (2004), General Manager, Network Planning (2005) and Chief Technical Officer (2011).

I have also served in key advisory positions such as Member of the Presidential Committee instituted by Former President, Goodluck Jonathan.

I became the Chief Enterprise Business Officer in 2016.

I find the optimism and energy of small business owners infectious. The part we play in contributing to their growth gets me out of bed in the morning and the fact that it contributes in turn to growth and innovation in our country makes it even better!
