Celebrated Nigerian actress and philanthropist, Tonto Dikeh has taken to social media to praise fellow industry player, Genevieve Nnaji amidst rumors of her mental breakdown.
Social media has been taken by storm after popular Nigerian social commenter, Gistlovers, alleged that seasoned Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Genevieve Nnaji has been struck by a mental illness and hospitalized as a result.
The allegation was amplified when fans realized that the award-winning actress had also deleted all her posts on Instagram as well as unfollowed everyone she used to follow.
Reacting to the rumors, Tonto Dikeh has penned down a short message of love to the actress, expressing her deepest love for her since the first day they met. According to Tonto Dikeh, Genevieve Nnaji treated her like a sister rather than a junior colleague or fan and for that, she will forever love her.
“Since the day you treated me like a younger sister and not a fan nor junior colleague I knew I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER…To know you, is to deeply LOVE YOU MAMA🥰🌹”, she wrote.
