Mighty Diamonds is a group that comprises a Jamaican harmony trio, recording roots reggae with a strong Rastafarian influence. The group was established in 1969 and remained together as of 2012. They are highly popular for their 1976 debut album ‘Right Time' produced by Joseph Hoo Kim and the ‘Deeper Roots' released in 1979. Mighty Diamonds comprised of the following members: Donald “Tabby” Shaw, Fitzroy “Bunny”, Simpson, Lloyd “Judge”, and Ferguson.
Tabby Diamond Cause Of Death
Tabby Diamond Shaw, whose real name was Donald Orlando Shaw, was the lead vocalist of the Mighty Diamond group. He died at the age of 67. Tabby was among the two people who were shot at on McKinley Crescent in the St Andrew South Police Division. Around 9: 45 p.m, Tabby and other residents were seated by the roadway when they were attacked by some unknown gunmen.
They were immediately rushed to the hospital by some eyewitnesses. Unfortunately, Tabby together with another man sustained several gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead. Three other victims were since hospitalized receiving treatment.
