Team Eternity In Troυble Over Their Virαl “Defe Defe” Song As Owner Comes After Them

Currently, the number one gospel musician Team Eternity is faced with copyright issues as Kwame Mickey, an executive producer, is coming after them.

In a Facebook post, Kwame Mickey, the executive producer for Hallelujah Voices’ ‘Defe Defe’, claims that Team Eternity Ghana has infringed on his copyright by using a line in his Hallelujah Voices’ ‘Defe Defe’, for their new hit song.

Despite having distinct melodies, he claims that both songs have the same lines, composition, and arrangement.

Mickey expressed his worries on social media and urged Team Eternity to take action.

“Who is that Defe Defe Singer if I start right now then go say I am Mansonia what are the defrents between the 2 songs ??? Somebody tell her to report and do the needful that’s all,” he wrote on Facebook, June 17.

‘Defe Defe’ song performed by Hallelujah Voices, was written by Osuani Afrifa and executively produced by Kwame Mickey for Kaakyire Music Productions. It was released in 2004.
