Teddy Balkind Cause Of Death
Teddy Balkind died while playing a game at Brunswick School Lower and Middle school campus in Greenwich on 6 January 2022.
The game which caused his death was a private one. Teddy Balkind during the game fell on the ice after colliding with another player.
He was then accidentally cut by the skates and then he sustained serious injuries resulting in his death. When 911 arrived, he was rushed to Greenwich Hospital for help but he unfortunately died.
St. Luke’s has issued a statement on the death of Teddy Balkind. Their post read: “Yesterday, we lost a precious young man in a tragic accident. As we worked hard to support our students and families, St. Luke’s School and Brunswick School was shocked. St. Luke’s only focus at the moment is to take care of our devastated community.”
Brunswick School where the tragedy took place also partly added, “Tragedies like this are difficult to deal with and cannot be understood. In the next few days and weeks, we will do our best to help and support our community and People in the community of St. Luke.”
