A throwback video has shown the humble beginnings of Nigerian musician Crown Uzama, formerly known as Shallipopi.
In the video, the ‘Elon Musk’ record breaker is seen dancing enthusiastically to viral music beats, known as the Focus dance.
Shallipopi displayed his incredible footwork techniques. He and colleague Odumodublvck had just started their combined tour, “Nigeria’s Most Wanted.”
The 23-year-old musician vigorously moved his head, hands, and legs in time with the song as he grooved to the beats.
Shallipopi had enormous popularity in 2023 with his hit song “Elon Musk,” which reached number one on the Nigeria Top 100 Apple Music chart. He then released his debut album, “Presido La Pluto,” which topped the Turntable Top 50 Albums and peaked at number five on Apple Music’s Top 100 Albums.
His retro video drew a flood of comments from his fans, with many admiring Shallipopi’s progress as a singer.
