South African actress and DJ Thuli Phongolo have left the cast of the popular show max show, The wife.
Thuli Phongolo announce her entry into the show max drama, The Wife last year November 2021 but in just 2 months’ time, she has announced that she has exited the show.
However, the reasons for her departure as stated on Twitter was not clear enough. It was stated that Thuli’s role was canceled because she was going to Miss Independent Africa (M.I.A) but there is yet to be an official notice from Show max about the departure of Thuli Phongolo from their show.
It was alleged on Twitter by Phil Mphela that Thuli Phongolo got her role canceled due to reasons that we will soon confirm and update you.
According to Phil Mphela, “The role of Lerato on #TheWifeShowmax, has unexpectedly been written out of the show Sources claim the decision was made to drop the role due to Phongolo going M.I.A.”
