Mexican wrestler Toro Bill Jr has died from an alleged heart attack at age 35.
The wrestling star had put on a thrilling performance for fans at the Arena Puebla in Mexico on Monday prior to his demise just hours after he performed in a show.
The World Wrestling Council (CMLL) announced the shocking news of Bill’s passing earlier on Tuesday.
“CMLL joins the sorrow that overwhelms the fighting family due to the sensitive death luchador Toro Bill Jr, who had an outstanding career in the Puebla Arena.
“We express our deepest condolences and solidarity to his family and friends for this irreparable loss.
“Rest in peace”, the statement read.
Toro Bill Jr was considered a popular fighter on the luchador circuit in Puebla State. He was involved in numerous bouts at the Lucha Libre Arena where he reportedly suffered a heart attack on Monday.
