
The family of famous entrepreneur, dancer, choreographer, producer and rapper, Tumi Tladi has confirmed that the 30-year-old rapper has died and asks that they are given maximum privacy to mourn their kinsman.
This comes after reports of his death sparked reactions and tributes from fans on the microblogging platform, Twitter. In a statement from his family shared with TshishaLive, revealed that the singer died in Johannesburg on Sunday after an intense sickness.
“The family of SA hip-hop artist Itumeleng George Tladi today (Sunday) confirmed with profound sadness and loss his untimely passing. Known by his stage name Tumi Tladi, he was deeply loved by his family, friends, and the entertainment industry as a whole. The Tladi family humbly requests privacy during their period of grieving and asks that you please keep them in your prayers.”
Among the many friends and fans who took to social media to pay their respects to the rapper, DJ Zan D said, “We had so many plans but I guess the higher power had different plans for you. Tumi Tladi was such a genuine bro. The lights were already on him. Things were moving for him. He was ready to own those stages.”
