American actress and fashion model Molly Sims was born on May 25, 1973. Sims has appeared in advertisements for a variety of well-known companies, including Jimmy Choo, Chanel, Giorgio Armani, Escada, and Michael Kors.
Sims frequently appeared as a model in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue in the early 2000s and walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show catwalk in 2001. Her mother's side of the family is German, while her father is English and Cherokee.
Sims began studying political science at Vanderbilt University after graduating from Murray High School in 1991. Sims left school in 1993 when she was 19 years old in order to pursue a career in modelling.
Sims has hosted episodes of Project Runway spinoff Project Accessory on Lifetime in 2011 and mtv's House of Style from 2000 to 2002.
Sims also made an appearance in the music videos for The Lonely Island's “Jizz in My Pants” and Moby's “We Are All Made of Stars” (2002). Sims played Delinda Deline in the NBC comedy-drama series Las Vegas, which ran from 2003 to 2008.
