Timothée Chalamet and Armie Hammer feature in the 2017 coming-of-age drama “Call Me By Your Name,” which is based on the same-named book by André Aciman. The story centers on a teenage boy who falls in love while travelling through Northern Italy with his father’s young research assistant.

The movie was nominated for four Academy Awards and garnered a lot of positive reviews. Since its premiere, the film has remained a fan favourite and won the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay.

According to Vogue, this was photographed in the Piazza del Duomo in the city of Crema. According to reports, Guadagnino stated that the city is “unmistakably Italian without being a concept of Italy.”

They claim that the alleyway where Elio meets Marzia, his girlfriend, is close to the Piazza del Duomo.
