On June 23, 1999, Dax Milne, a wide receiver for the National Football League’s Washington Commanders, was born. (NFL). He played college football for BYU before being chosen by Washington in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft.


Milne played basketball and football at Bingham High School. In South Jordan, Utah, he was raised. He was a member of three championship football, basketball, and basketball teams. With 23 receptions for 408 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior, Milne was named to the Salt Lake Tribune’s second-team 6A All-State.


Milne chose to play college football as a walk-on at BYU instead of accepting scholarship offers from Southern Utah and Weber State.

In his first season, Milne participated in 10 games, making three starts. He completed the year with 69 yards and one score on 10 receptions.


A scholarship was given to Milne three weeks into his freshman year. As a sophomore, he caught 21 receptions for 285 yards and two scores.

Milne was a finalist for the Burlsworth Trophy after finishing his junior season with 70 catches for 1,188 yards and eight touchdowns. Milne announced that he would forgo his senior year to pursue the NFL draft once the season ended.
