Computer software and web-based business tools are produced by the international technology corporation Zoho Corporation, which is based in India. The company is primarily known for its online office suite, Zoho Office Suite. Sridhar Vembu and Tony Thomas launched the business in 1996.

In addition to its corporate headquarters outside of Austin in Del Valle, Texas, the corporation has offices in seven other cities, including Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, where its worldwide headquarters are located.

The business, which first offered network management software, was known as AdventNet, Inc. from 1996 to 2009. In 2001, AdventNet moved to Japan and changed its emphasis to small and medium-sized businesses. Since its debut in 2005, Zoho CRM has grown to serve more than 50 million users.

The business stated in July 2022 that it has more than 80 million subscribers. Products offered by the firm include CRM software, online office suites, social networking services, cloud computing, and cloud computing.

Who Owns Zoho?

Sridhar Vembu, the creator and CEO of privately held Zoho, a provider of cloud-based business software, maintains ownership of the business. Radha Vembu, Sridhar Vembu’s sister, and Vembu jointly possess a majority of Zoho. Vembu also owns a minority stake.
