Brymo, a popular Nigerian singer, believes that every man should cry on their wedding day.
Brymo, real name Olawale Olofor, gave the reason while responding to a Twitter user who claimed that men are not supposed to cry on their wedding day.
“A man shouldn’t cry on his wedding day,” If anyone should cry, it should be the groom’s father. He understands what it takes to have a daughter worthy of being another man’s wife. And he’s delegating authority to him. Why are you crying when you’ve done nothing? End.” The Twitter user wrote.
Brymo responded, “Person raises daughter to full grown woman, you show up, say cos na marriage you take her father’s name replace am with your own.” What have you done to deserve that she has your surname as her last name? … – How much do you think it will cost you? “Every man should cry about this.”
Brymo had previously expressed his support for Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate, according to reports.
Brymo pleaded for Bola Tinubu’s support in his bid to become Nigeria’s president in 2023.
Tinubu is a former governor of Lagos State, a national leader of the All Progressives Congress, and a presidential candidate for the party (APC).
