Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., better known by his stage name Roddy Ricch, is a rapper and vocalist from the United States.
His single “Die Young,” which reached number 98 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2018, catapulted him to popularity. Ricch’s first two mixtapes, Feed Tha Streets and Feed Tha Streets II were both well-received.
Ricch collaborated with Hit-Boy on Nipsey Hussle’s Grammy-nominated hit “Racks in the Middle” and Mustard’s Grammy-nominated tune “Ballin’,” both of which charted in the top 20 of the Hot 100 in 2019.

Roddy Ricch was detained on his way to perform at a concert on Saturday night and is now facing firearms charges.
The 23-year-old rapper was arriving at Citi Field on Saturday evening when a private security business staffing a checkpoint discovered a handgun in the vehicle he was riding in, according to authorities. In the US it is illegal to carry an unlicensed firearm so Roddy is going to be arrested and charged for that.
