The daughter of Anne, Princess Royal, and Captain Mark Phillips, Zara Anne Elizabeth Tindall MBE OLY (née Phillips; born 15 May 1981) is a British Olympian in the equestrian sport.
Zara Tindall is the 20th in line for the British monarchy and is the eldest granddaughter of Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, as well as the niece of Charles III.
In 2006, Tindall triumphed in the Eventing World Championship in Aachen. Zara Tindall received the 2006 BBC Sports Personality of the Year poll from the general audience in the same year.
