Popular journalist Adrienne Pan who hosted CBC Edmonton’s afternoon show Radio Active since 2018 has reportedly passed away on Monday 17 January, 2022. Reacting to her death, CBC posted on Twitter
“It is with deep sadness that we share the news today that our colleague Adrienne Pan died Saturday. Adrienne had hosted Radio Active since 2018; prior to that, she hosted our TV news programs. Adrienne will be dearly missed by all of us at CBC Edmonton.”
The 43 year old journalist sadly passed away after battling serious illness for months.The sudden demise of Adrienne Pan has really shocked everyone because it was least anticipated.

The sudden demise of Adrienne Pan is a result of her battle through Pulmonary Embolism. She had been ill for a long time and been receiving treatment but she could not pull through.
