Born on August 10, 1943, American songstress Ronnie Spector died on January 12, 2022 at the age of 78.
Her family in a statement revealed that she died after briefly suffering from cancer.
She died while surrounded by her husband, Jonathan, and children.
Following her death, fans and loved-ones have been thrown into a state of mourning.

As of now, her family only disclosed the cause of her death as cancer. They asked the general public to give them some privacy for them to mourn her.
