The death of Derricka Patrick wasn’t the best news to hit her family and friends. Her family and friends have posted a lot of tributes online expressing their hurt. Derricka Patrick was murdered at age 29 on 12 January 2022. Our sources made us know that she was shot while she was pregnant with her second child. She was a respectful person alongside a great mother.
According to the Chicago Police Department, she was murdered by two men who came out to shoot her countless times through unreleased surveillance footage. Her mum made very sad after the police confirmed her death saying. “I can’t get my baby back,” mother Christine Blanton said through tears. “Y’all took my baby from me. God gave her to me for 29 years and you just ended my baby’s life like that.”
Her sister has also expressed how sad she was to hear how her lovely sister was killed.

The cause of Derricka’s death is very sad and heartbreaking. She was shot by two men. Her family and loved ones also released balloons in the scene. Arrests have not been made yet. Her family is pleading with anybody who knows anything about her death to come out and help.
